The Morris Winchevsky School - Toronto's Secular Jewish Community School - was founded in 1928 by members of the United Jewish People's Order (UJPO). The founders were committed to perpetuating an understanding of the traditions of social justice and humanism and to making secular Jewish life relevant and accessible through a wide variety of cultural, social, and educational programs.
